Logline –Jenny and Steve are living a happy quiet married life until they win the biggest lottery prize in Europe. However, this leads to a massive revelation as Jenny reveals she has been living in a witness protection programme. Once Steve is over the shock, they decide to tell no one and spend all £150 million winnings on a Gustav Klimt painting, leading to a series of incidents as they try to keep their secrets from the outside world and ensure their kids are left with a great inheritance.

It’s the kind of film people could watch together over a holiday, and that marketability gives it strong potential for streaming platforms or network TV, especially around those peak family viewing seasons. But I am personally leaning more toward a mainstream release because that’ll give the film the scale and cast it deserves. ‘’

What I love is that every 20 minutes, there’s a significant plot beat that shifts the story’s trajectory, keeping the momentum strong. The structure ensures there’s never a dull moment, with each beat carefully placed to either heighten the drama or give us a good laugh. ‘’

And beyond just the heart-warming elements, the film is incredibly commercially viable. There’s this clear potential for it to entice not only mainstream studios but also mini-major studios looking for that sweet spot between heartfelt storytelling and broad audience appeal. It’s a rare blend that feels both intimate and expansive, making it a project that can stand the test of time and linger in people’s hearts. It’s the kind of film that could truly be a timeless classic, and I’m not saying it for the sake of saying it. ‘’
